The application fee is $50 per adult applicant.

Monthly household income must be at least three times the monthly rent.

Applicants must have a minimum credit score of 600.

A background check is required. Any prior evictions or landlord claims may result in disqualification.

If approved, a security deposit equal to one month’s rent is due immediately.

First month’s rent is due upon move-in.
